Traveling with Children?
If you are traveling with a small child, please remember to request a child safety seat.  Federal, State, and local laws require the use of a child safety seat. Driver Elite may not be able to provide transportation if we are not notified a car seat is needed or provided by the client.

Cancellation/Abandonment Policy
It takes time to provide the type of service we offer. We do our best to take care of our clients. Driver Elite requires at least a 5-hour notice to cancel with NO charges applied. Less than 5-hours notice will result in a full fare charge. Abandonment will result in full fare charge.
